A website has been launched in Kenya to name and shame poachers. BBC News reports that PoachersExposed.com will list anyone charged or convicted of links to poaching.
'This is not just about the poacher who is shooting, but the middle man and the average person caught trafficking rhino horn or ivory,' Kenyans United Against Poaching spokesperson Salisha Chandra said, according to the report. It notes he added that he hoped the data will reveal trends to help fight poaching and reveal patterns of conviction by each region and court. Full BBC News report
