Somalia has postponed national high school exams after discovering that papers were being sold and shared on social media. All exams that have already been written have been invalidated, said Education Minister Abdullahi Godah Barre. BBC News reports that the cancellation has sparked student protests in Mogadishu. The exams will now take place over five days at the end of the month and social media platforms will be suspended to avoid leaks. It is unclear how the blockade would be implemented and if it would be for the whole country.
