* Wayne Stuart Fester, a second-hand vehicle dealer based in Malmesbury, appeared at the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Bellville this week where he pleaded guilty to six counts of fraud. He is accused of selling victims’ vehicles and keeping the proceeds for personal gain. The case was postponed to 20 June 2019 for sentencing proceedings to get under way.
